Research and exploration

​I've been researching and exploring since I posted my last blog and have come up with many new things to share. The first one is my experience at TKS, I attended their free online workshop on how to get an internship, which was quite insightful and helped me gain some connections with teens my age having same aspirations as me, I think that workshops are a great way to find exposure and connect with people. The second thing that i found out via my research was a site called start scholarly which helps you to read case studies and experiences of people that got into Ivy League colleges I read about an Indian boy from Jaipur who got into Princeton by strong locs and his strategic Journaling. Other things i found were some summer school programmes offered by universities such as MIT, Oxford and also carnegie melon, and also searched up some summer internships that I'm planning to take up. Another important thing is the SAT prep for which I found a site called kaptest , this site helped me to take up a quiz on how to solve SAT questions and provided me with full length practice Papers . These are the things that I found out which helped me get clarity on things but doing all this was quite overwhelming due to the large amount of information that I was receiving while having no clue and resource to understand it. Which gives me another idea for my upcoming blog on "difficulties faced by Indian student aspiring to go abroad" woohoo!
